Duties:
proactively seeking new customers in north-eastern Poland and the Baltic States,
promoting and building long-term relationships with existing customers to increase their loyalty,
regular communication with existing customers,
achieving sales volumes and targets set by the company,
maintaining and increasing sales volumes ensuring that sales targets are met in a given area,
forecasting sales potential among both existing and new customers,
resolving customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions in direct contact with the quality and customer service departments,
cooperating with the accounting department to ensure that customers comply with payment and credit terms,
cooperating with the technical department to effectively manage existing and new business and resolve issues,
gathering market information and preparing weekly and monthly sales reports,
supporting and maintaining the company's work practices and procedures.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in the aluminium industry and sales,
knowledge of the Czech and Slovak industrial market,
fluent English,
valid driving licence,
technical experience,
excellent negotiation and communication skills,
work organisation – travel planning (customers), internal meetings,
promotional and marketing activities in the area of sales, e.g. trade fairs, brochure proofreading,
knowledge of products and ability to advise on quality issues,
high motivation and results-oriented,
high mobility,
experience in sales or territory management,
ability to work independently.
